We are an email-only operation. There is no phone line and no physical walk-in address. Replies come from a person, not an automated system, which is why the timescales above are ranges rather than promises.
Reporting a specification error
Corrections are the most useful message we receive. To let us verify and fix quickly, please include:
- The page address where the error appears.
- The product and the exact figure you believe is wrong.
- The correct figure, and where it is published — a manufacturer datasheet, manual, or official product page.
Verified corrections are applied to the live tables and, where the change is material, noted on the page.
WHAT WE CANNOT HELP WITH
- Product submissions. We do not accept devices for review and we do not review on request. Our method is research-based, so a sample would not change what we publish.
- Warranty, repair, or order support. We do not sell anything. Contact the manufacturer or the retailer you purchased from.
- Legal advice on hunting or surveillance regulations. Thermal, night vision, and trail camera rules vary by state and by land status. Consult your state wildlife agency or a qualified attorney.
- Paid placement. We do not sell rankings, scores, or table positions, so these enquiries are declined.
